I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring and empathic. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy their wisdom, humor & need of companionship. I enjoy building trusting & caring relationship that flourish thru genuine care, interest & patience. Love kids too. I've raised 3 of my own. I'm looking for a role w/flexibility & will allow me to provide the best & most appropriate care, support & companionship to my client. I started caring for seniors when my stepdad got terminally ill & my mom began aging, experiencing signs of Alzheimer's & needing support w/medical visits, advocacy & finances. I've been doing this for over 15 yrs now. I like to travel, garden, go to restaurants, craft, explore & watch movies. What's unique about me is I am an encourager & a problem solver. Seeing the bright side of things is & finding ways to help others overcome challenges important to me. My skills include companionship, family support, medical needs, home safety and meal prep.
