We were so lucky that Gina agreed to take care of both of our children when they were 3 and 6 months old respectively. Gina has a gift with children, she is able to intuit their needs and was very communicative about all aspects related to their care. Both times we had a break in childcare with our regular nanny due to extended holiday, and the transition to Gina’s care was seamless. Both of my son’s really connected with her and she was extremely knowledgeable about how to relate to them at their stages of development. She was also very thoughtful around the house, and was helpful as a partner in working through their ever evolving feeding schedule, and I learned a lot about having fun with them during that point in their lives through watching Gina interact with them. One of my sons was a terrible mapper, and Gina was so patient, always succeeding with getting him down for that much needed sleep. Gina is a natural, she is wonderful with kids and parents alike!
