About Gennerosity

My mother has work with the elderly all of my life, in nursing homes and hospice, which meant that I also spent much of my childhood being around senior adults. I loved going and talking to the elderly, and singing for them and doing other activities with them. I went and took care of my great grandparents for about a month as they battled Covid. While I was there I cooked, cleaned, and enjoyed my time with them and listening to their stories. I have a God-given heart for caring for people, young and old. Last year I took care of an elderly couple in Nebraska. The woman had dementia and her husband had heart failure. I was in charge of taking their blood pressures 3x a day, giving medicine as necessary, cooking, cleaning, and making sure they were happy and comfortable during this stage of their life. I loved being able to minister to them. I am comfortable with driving and doing errands and going to events with them as well as in home care.
