About Gemma

I've been a CNA for almost 2 decades now. I came to America and worked at jobs including Kindred and Masonic Homes, with the same title. I would say that I am a innovative worker in the nursing assistance field with passing medications, hands on hospice, Alzheimer's and geriatrics skilled nursing experience. As being skillful, I would say that I am a patient people person and I am a fast learner. I'm open to new ideas and advice that can help me satisfy the person I will be taking care of. In my spare time, I usually like to go out the house with my children, whether it be going out to eat and walking our dogs near the lakes. I like taking care of seniors because it benefits me as a person, I take on advice and stories that interest me, I grow as a person with enthusiastic ideas and I love to share my compassion for those who need it.
