I wholeheartedly recommend Geisa for a position involving childcare! We are moving out of state and it is with a sad heart, we need to let her go. She has been an exceptional caregiver for my now six month old. She has a natural ability to create a warm, safe, and loving environment for our child. Her gentle touch, soothing voice, and attentive nature have provided our little one with a sense of security and comfort. She has consistently gone above and beyond to stimulate our child's growth through age-appropriate activities, such as tummy time and sensory play. She has a keen eye for recognizing developmental milestones and has been instrumental in providing appropriate guidance and support to help our child reach them. Additionally, she has been a reliable and trustworthy caregiver. She consistently arrived on time and communicated effectively with us regarding our child's daily routine, feeding schedule, and any concerns or updates. We always felt reassured and confident in her ability to provide the best possible care for our precious little one. She’s truly the best and we loved having her part of the family!
