Gayle brings the energy of someone in her 20s, with the experience and wisdom of a seasoned mother. My two high energy boys are a handful and she does an amazing job with firmness, kindness and expectation of mutual respect. She has an innate ability to care for people. She maintains a structured environment while doting on your children as if they were her own.
