About Gage

I worked one year in a memory care facility and was promoted to manager. The typical day consisted of waking, bathing, giving any basic care required by the individual. This was typically for up to 6 residents at a time, with a partner. I was also involved in the hiring process and training onboarding employees due to the satisfaction and improved mental health of my residents. I attribute my timely successes to passion alone, and my lack of ability to quit until something is taken care of for someone under my care.
