Thought the arrangement was made clear with her about what was expected of her. All requests for the care of my child in my own home were met with a defensive demeanor as if what I want for my child is not the correct way because it is different than what she does with her children. I was accused of being abrasive when she did not wake up for my child when he was crying and I called her multiple times having to leave work due to no answer from her. As well as her coming to watch my child and not disclosing her sore throat until she arrived at my home and I had no other options that quickly for childcare resulting in my child getting his first illness. Still kept her on as a nanny and even told her I would be applying for a new job and when I got the new job I sent her my new work orientation schedule but was accused of not telling her. She quit via long text of issues she had with her pay and accusations that she never disclosed in a verbal or text conversation 4 days before her next scheduled shift to watch my child. I would not recommend her to anyone I care about nor hire her again.
