I conducted a telephone interview and let her now that driving my father-in-law to appointments and events was part of the job. She indicated that this was acceptable. I scheduled an in-person interview, and she did not show up. I texted her when she was 18 minutes late to see if she was still coming, and she told me at that point that she does not possess a valid Texas driver's license. This would have been helpful information at the time of the telephone interview so that I didn't waste my time.
