About Gabriela

Hello! My name is Gabriela, Bella for short. A little bit about me: I am 24 years old and I love art, sports, and helping others in times of need. I'm in the process of getting my bachelor's in psychology and one of my many hopes for the future is to work in a research lab surrounding dementia. For eight years, I helped my mom take care of my grandma who suffered from Alzheimer's. It was the most heartbreaking thing to see her lose all of her beautiful memories but I'm extremely thankful for the time I got to spend with her. Although I don't have paid experience, I know what it takes to not only care for a senior, but to give them the most fulfilling life possible. I have always felt that I get along better with folks who are older than me. I believe this is because I love listening to words of wisdom and stories from a lifetime of experiences.
