Bilingual Venezuelan-American college student from Miami, FL with a passion for child-centered, evidence-based care! Proponent of gentle parenting strategies. I always try to reinforce parental teachings while children are in my care, with safety and learning as top priority. I am an experienced summer camp counselor who tries to use her position to teach kids valuable social skills and how to follow a routine. I am a Christian, but I service families of all faiths or lack thereof and will never push my personal beliefs to children in my care. I am a Latina, so I strive to make sure children of all races and cultures feel safe and celebrated in my care. I am proficient in cooking and cleaning. Excited to get to work!
