About Gabija

Hello! My name is Gabi and I am 32 years old. As I have always had a calling to be a nurturer and caretaker. I have been a certified nursing assistant since 2015, I am CPR trained and have an up-to-date certification, and I am also a certified Doula! With my CNA certification, I have worked in private, community and hospital settings. Before moving to New Orleans, I was working at NorthShore University HealthSystem Hospital in Chicago, where I worked in the Orthopedic surgery recovery unit. I also have experience working in intensive care, ER, telemetry, and as mentioned earlier, labor and delivery. I do also have experience caring for children, as I am a very proud aunt. I have helped raise my niece and nephew who are now 12 and 16. I am not partial to any age group, as I feel comfortable caring for all ages and have been a sitter for infants, tots and tweens, as well as a care-taker for the elderly.
