Had a lovely discussion on the phone and also brought Gabby to my home to meet my children and learn the house a week before her start. She seemed well spoken, reliable, and had experience with nannying four under four. Unfortunately the week Gabby was supposed to start at my house I could not contact her by phone call, text message or care.com messaging to confirm. She never answered, showed to my house on her first day, nor has provided any explanation since then as to why she did not show up.
