I earned my PhD doing breast cancer research; I love Life Sciences but also teaching: I have been a higher education instructor/professor for more than 20 years - in Canada, and for the last 10 years in New York State (SUNY system). Whether my students are serious Nursing students, wide-eyed 3rd graders or anxious high school seniors, I have the patience and the skills to help others understand Life Sciences (including college A&P, Microbiology!). I enjoy helping them work on their study and testing skills so they become confident, independent learners.
