About Franca

I am a hardworking, committed, reliable and compassionate certified nursing assistant and home health aide with six years of experience in patient care. I am skilled in caring for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis care and other disabilities. I am also proficient in respite care, home care, ambulation, transfers, tube feeding, performing activities of daily living, catheter care, colostomy care, urostomy, Hoyer lift, PT, and caring for bed-bound patients, among others. I'm also CPR/BLS certified. I gained experience from nursing homes, assisted living, and home health care. I am currently a nursing student, which gives me more experience in skilled care including, insulin administration, monitoring oxygen therapy, and wound care. I am passionate about caregiving and find fulfillment in it as I work toward providing safe and quality patient care. My patients' safety and well-being are always my priority.
