About Florence

My name is Riley , I'm a college student in the Eugene area. I'm patient, hard-working, and reliable. I have approximately 3 years of childcare experience. I worked as a youth soccer coach for 2 years. I worked with ages 2 through 9 at various different skill levels. I have grown up helping out with my younger cousins, babysitting when needed, and playing with them. I am energetic but organized and believe communication is key. Both between me and the parents, and me and the children. Kids do well with clear and consistent communication, I will bring consistent energy, expectations, and work ethic to every time I'm around!
