As a caregiver, I provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services are companionship, home helper, and personal care. Companionship services are those that stimulate, encourage and assist an individual. The primary responsibilities of companionship services that I enjoy are: providing companionship and conversation; providing stabilization and assistance with walking; preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items; providing medication reminders and appointment reminders. Home helper services generally involve light housekeeping, errands or incidental transportation. The primary responsibilities of home helper services that I provide are: performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.), washing and ironing laundry, running errands, accompanying clients to appointments. Personal Care services are personal in nature and often include assistance with activities of daily living.

Fize was a part time nanny for my daughter (from age 2-3). Fize is amazing. Fize was respectful of my needs, respectful of my daughter, and respectful of our home. Fize created a safe and loving environment for our daughter, and I always knew my daughter would be in good hands. Fize would pick up my daughter from daycare, bring her home, feed her dinner, give her a bath, and play with her. Fize also helped with laundry and grocery shopping. I would recommend Fize highly!
