After tutoring a middle schooler with ADHD during the COVID pandemic, I moved to the school setting to work as a para-educator with 10 to 15-year-olds, primarily with autism. I also have experience with down syndrome. I'm comfortable following instructions left by behavioral analysts and other professionals and with creating activities and lessons. No matter their age or ability, children who work with me are encouraged to use their curiosity and imagination to explore the world around them. I'm now looking for a part-time job as I finish online courses for my BA of History. I'm certified by Office of Early Childhood Education and by the Red Cross.
