I am former NYC Paramedic of 25+ years. Currently a CPR & First Aid Instructor and a Wellness Coach. Can assist with Senior Care exercising and prepare meals and be a great companion. As a Paramedic I am proficient in assessing signs and symptoms of medical emergencies. I am extremely calm under pressure and have great patience with Seniors. I also love to have conversations. I can easily anchor conversations for long periods of time. I have taken care of people diagnosed with terminal diseases needing special needs and comfort. And Seniors needing a partner to see them through with their daily everyday tasks and needs. My Father was one of those people--I was his Senior Care Provider and Health Advocate. I truly understand protecting one's dignity, especially when their physical and mental capabilities become challenging in their daily lives. I am very active, a fitness coach and a runner. Completed the Marine Corps Half-Marathon last May. I have great stamina for everyday tasks.
