About Felicia

I have been in nursing school since December of 2011. In the first year and 1/2 of school, we have learned the fundamentals of nursing and medical/surgical procedures. I have been able to spend the last 6 months caring for seniors at a rehabilitation center and have fallen in love with the patients there. I have seen how caring, compassion and love can change someone's life, and I loved every minute of it. In my experience there, I passed meds, did dressing changes, took vitals, assisted patients with the restroom, gave injections, monitored blood glucose, assisted patients with feeding and spent time with them. This was something that I enjoyed so much and would love to do again.
