Fay has cared for our relative who sustained a spinal cord injury. She has been his advocate in the skilled nursing facility he was placed in making sure he received the care he needed. She has been his hands - feeding him, making phone calls for him. She has helped him continue his PT on his own, massaged his legs when he had spasms. Most importantly she has him feel less alone and vulnerable.
