About Falen

Are you looking for summer childcare? I started caring for children at 15 years old after a family member had two children. I fell in love with helping out and teaching them. Because of this passion I applied for my first position at a daycare, I started working with younger age groups, from babies to preschoolers. Early on in 2023 I started working at a before and after school program to better educate myself with older children. I found my true calling while working with K-5, the highlight of my day was working with these kids. I have taken courses in early child development and have worked first hand with special needs children. I am very responsible and I am able to take charge when needed, I am patient, and fun. I am also quite crafty and love to incorporate arts and crafts into the time I am working with children. I hope to be able to help your family soon!
