To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this reference on behalf of Ethany G. Ethany worked for me for three years at a Children's Museum. She was a valued member of my team, first as a floor staff member than as my assistant manager in the guest services department. She has an amazing ability to work with large groups of children or to work one on one with them. She would easily adapt from running a classroom experience for a hundred fourth graders on a field trip to comforting a lost four year old who couldn't find their parent. Ethany is an extremely trustworthy person who can be counted on to create fun, engaging, and safe experiences for children of all ages. I had more than one parent approach me during her time at the museum and say how her friendly demeanor and warmth was what made their child's museum experience magical and a life long memory.
