About Erin

Hi there! My name is Erin I'm 21 and just finished my junior year of college. I'm a passionate advocate for pediatric speech and language therapy. I'm pursuing my degree in Speech and Language Pathology with a focus on pediatric care at the Texas Tech health sciences center. While my formal work experience may be limited in regards to childcare, I've worked for Torchys tacos as a line cook for three-years now and it has equipped me with essential skills such as reliability, responsibility, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Beyond academics and work, I've always been the go-to person for looking after my younger brother and family members, honing my nurturing instincts and patience from a young age. I will be pursuing graduate studies at Texas Tech. My ultimate goal is to leverage my education, experience, and unwavering dedication to help out children and their families in the best way that I can.
