About Erin

I have always been around kids as I am the oldest of 6 and often cared for my siblings. At 18, I became a preschool teacher focusing on 2-3-year-olds, occasionally helping other classes. I spent over 2 years as a preschool teacher where I was responsible for the education, feeding, and potty training of up to 10 kids at a time. I was also CPR and first aid certified as a teacher. During this time, I also babysat for many of my students and family friends on the weekends. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my fiancé and our cats. When we go out, it's usually to the zoo, botanical gardens, or museums. I am also a big fan of movies, theatre, and music. My skills include staying calm under pressure or in stressful situations, compassion and empathy when a child is upset, and age appropriate communication and teaching skills.
