I am a second-year undergraduate student at Case Western Reserve University, majoring in communication sciences with a plan to obtain a masters in speech pathology. In my coursework so far, I have learned the fundamentals of child psychology and how to best treat children with communication disorders. I have years of experience helping my mom who has a disability and took on many responsibilities as a high school student such as general cleaning, pet care, laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, meal prep, yard work, picking up prescriptions, and taking her to doctor's appointments. I also worked for an Episcopal Church and took care of babies and toddlers in their nursery during church services. I was a summer intern at the same church for a program designed to help kids in elementary school catch up or maintain their math and reading skills during summer break. I currently live on campus and am interested in both full-time and part-time positions for the summer.
