About Erin

Hi. My name is Erin. I have over 25 years in the restaurant business. I graduated from culinary school in 2012. I have restaurant experience banquet experience, personal chef experience. And most recently I managed the kitchen at my local senior citizens facility that has over 120 residents at a time. In my time working at the nursing home, I realized that working with the senior community is really the most fulfilling job I had ever had. Although I am not at the retirement community anymore, I would still love to be able to help the senior citizens of my community by coming into their homes and cooking for them. Bringing them both the proper nutrition and specific meal types that they need, as well as companionship.
