I have been debating if I leave a review or not given that Erin did not babysit my child. She was to start working and texted me the day before that the job was not a good fit for her. What made this worse is I had just landed in the US...coming back from burying my brother. I was to get back to work the next day and have her help me with my son as we transition back. This was discussed and planned over 2 weeks prior and she had reconfirmed barely a few day before her start date. She may be good with children I don't know, but she is not reliable from my experience.
