Erika was so great with our boys! Our oldest loved her immediately and gave her a hug when she walked in the door. She even cracked our hard-to-warm-up toddler within the hour. She was attentive, played imagination games with them, and overall did such a great job. Even though we asked her to come over to help with our two boys in the morning while I took care of our newborn, she didn’t hesistate to help with the new baby if she cried too. Erika also observed my husband’s cultural norms as well such as not wearing shoes in the house, which we appreciate so much. We will definitely be hiring her again! Thank you, Erika!!
