As a past teacher, a mother of 3, and a grandmother, I have had many years of experience caring for children. I love children and am very much the grandmother type. I have spent many precious hours taking care of my grandchildren whenever I could. Even though I have taught and watched all ages, I prefer to care for an infant or toddler at this time. I enjoy reading (developmentally appropriate books even for infants) and writing and creating greeting cards. I was a teacher in a parochial high school and also a second grade teacher in a public school. Twice I have cared for an infant for a year that went on to day school and once for a toddler. You deserve a very caring, reliable, responsible, trustworthy and capable person to watch and care for your child. I feel I have those qualities and am that person. Meet with me to see if this could be a good fit for both of us. (I got my recertification for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED on Sept. 22, 2023)

Words cannot even begin to express how much we loved having Erika as our son's nanny. Erika became part of our family and will continue to be a part of our family forever. She is extremely dependable having never called out once in our year together. She picked up extra days for us if needed and sometimes at a last minute notice. She primarily took care of my infant son but both of my sons loved her immensely. I never once worried about my son while I was at work. I knew he was being taken care of and loved on constantly. The only reason Erika isn't with us now is because our baby is starting school. I will continue to use Erika for babysitting and just to have a visit because she has left a lasting impact on our lives. Hire her!!!!!
