About Erika

Hi, my name is Erika, and I'm 23 years old. I received a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern State University. Health and Human Performance was my area of study. I studied both wilderness first aid and first aid training. We completed CPR instruction and examinations in three or more of the courses I took. I am in the process of renewing my CPR Certification. * My top 3 childcare skills would include physical stamina, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * One quality that sets me apart from the others is my empathy and strong understanding of how people feel. I take pride in how I help people feel heard and seen, and I constantly push myself to establish a genuine connection with each person. * I like working with kids to create a fun and safe environment for them. It's a great job to see kids flourish when getting to watch them learn new things and move on to different life stages.
