Learning to read can be a nightmare for students with dyslexia or learning difficulties. Let me help! I will provide systematic instruction that is targeted at your student's ability level. Whether you have a student with reading challenges or just want some additional instruction in reading or math, I am here for you. Writing instruction is also available. I teach writing through Self-Regulated Strategy Development which helps your learner gain the skills they need to self-assess their own writing and understand the procedures and processes that produce a good story, report, or essay. I am a non-smoking, Army veteran, certified Indiana teacher in Elementary, Special Education, and Computer Science with over 8 years of teaching experience.
