Isabel watched our son for a few weeks. She was bubbly and friendly, my son really liked her. Then she called in sick 2 days in a row, showed up 30 minutes late the next day, then sent a text later that day at 5pm saying she was quitting. I was very disappointed in the way she handled things, giving 12 hours notice is not a professional way to resign and really left me in a tough spot.
