Erica worked for my family for about 5 months. She seemed competent at first but started to neglect the needs of my father and pretend to do certain tasks. She forgot to give medication, did not keep the living area and bathroom clean and spent a lot of time on her phone. She also would leave food out and feed my father old food. Or she would order take out to avoid cooking for him. I have a busy household and she was very irritated by it. She complained about my family and if we left any dishes or things out she would get passive aggressive. As a busy working mom during Covid and being responsible for my elderly parents, she made me very uncomfortable in my own home. Overall she was not right for my family's needs.
