About Erica

I am finishing my last semester of undergraduate studies at Indiana University for my BA in Psychology with a minor in Human Development & Family Studies, and Spanish. I am a creative person with a lot of enthusiasm and energy, perfect for keeping up with the little ones! I have an ample background in childcare and mental health support for adults. In the beginning of my professional development, I was employed at a daycare for a little over a year working with children ages 0-5. I later moved on to become a full-time caregiver for a wonderful family with a kiddo in their toddler years. My experience then advanced through training as a certified RBT for a clinic that offers ABA therapy for children with special needs. Currently, I work for a non-profit MHO as a part-time Behavioral Health Technician providing support to adults with psychiatric disorders. I love working with kids, and I am dedicated to being a positive figure for the families I serve.
