Erica and her husband, Julius came out to meet us on a cold weekend afternoon. They were very warm and inquisitive about our needs. We decided that Julius might be a better fit for my mother, as she is 74 (and is on hospice with COPD) and needs lift assists to the bedside commode. Julius started last almost a week ago, and in that time he has been very punctual, communicative and attentive to my mother's needs. As I work from home, I witness this first hand. When he isn't helping my mother, he asks me how he can help. If you are a caregiver to a loved one, then you already know how difficult it is, and having someone who is competent and reliable is a huge relief.
