Erica was our part time nanny for our infant from September 2020-November 2020. Our little one love her and would get so excited when she would come over. She was very attentive, and played and interacted with him in a developmentally appropriate way. She was in tune to to his needs. She took instruction well, even when I would change things up on her often (first time parent, I was/am still figuring it all out). She would bring presents for S. and would recommend products or toys that she thought he would do well with. She drew on some of her parenting experiences, and also some of her knowledge with her doula and breastfeeding training. We really miss her!
