Erica is the absolute best! My kids adore her! She’s very interactive and fun. She gets down on the floor with the kids and plays games to their hearts content. She’s the only person they don’t ask to watch TV with because she’s more fun than paw patrol! Erica is a great communicator and I feel comfortable and secure leaving my kids with her. My kids take a while to warm up to new caregivers, but with Erica they jumped right in. It’s a treat when she comes over. I can’t say enough nice things about this angel of a woman 💕
