Leida is awesome shes great with our 3.5 year old who asks about her frequently when she is not here! We've had another caretaker before and she never asked! Leida is great with teaching, activities, playing and assisting with potty training and teaching manners. She's very calm with her! She's also very professional and respectful and open to change. She's very flexible and truly has become a part of our family!
