About Emma

I'd describe my personality as fun, hard working, and caring. I like working with kids because it gives me the opportunity to make an impact on them and help them grow. Working with kids allows for a genuine connection between me and the children where I can help them with anything that they need at any time. I started working with kids when I was very young. I am the oldest of four children, so I helped take care of my siblings growing up. I most recently have worked in an elementary school helping with special education students and have been working in-house with a client with disabilities. One thing you should know about me is that I prioritize, safety, and well-being above all else when taking care of children. I believe in creating a nurturing and secure environment, where children can thrive, learn, and explore safely. My experience and training in childcare ensure that I am equipped to handle various situations responsibly and with care.
