About Emma

I'd describe my personality as caring, thoughtful, and outgoing! I like working with kids because I love helping them learn and progress. I love building relationships with them, and being someone they can count on. I enjoy watching them grow and turn into their own person. I also just love being silly with them and making them laugh. I hope to find a job where I am an asset to the family, and help things run smoothly. I started working with kids when I was a student dance teacher, helping with the younger classes. When I was 18, I started working for a child care program, and have worked there for a year and a half. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family (along with my dogs), dance or workout, read, and draw or paint! One thing you should know about me is I am reliable! My skills include good communication, compassion, and encouragement.
