I hired Emma as I was in the process of scrambling for part time child care. She has now cared for my kids on several occasions. She is a clear communicator, flexible, is able to follow care instructions, while also being independent enough to get things done without hand holding. She is incredible with the kids; they do not want her to go home. She is kind, outgoing, energetic, upbeat, and makes me feel at ease knowing my kids are in good hands. I definitely recommend Emma to anyone interviewing her, You will not be disappointed!
