Emma agreed to work for us- never showed up and never gave us any notice. So we are now back trying to find a nanny and still work. She leveraged our offer to get more money from her day care. She leveraged twice to get more money per hour. She will waste your time talking to her. She cost us time off and the opportunity to get a quality replacement of our current sitter.
