About Emma

I like tutoring because I learned from an early age that anyone can understand science and math! It often isn't the student who is at fault if they don't understand, they just haven't had the topic explained in a way that works for them! I love being the one to help the lightbulb finally turn on, and to hopefully help a student fall in love with a subject. My skills include tailoring lessons to a students specific way of learning, being patient, and being adaptable. I'm looking for a job that if fulfilling and beneficial! I want to make a change for the better, no matter the size of the impact. If that change is allowing a student to better understand math or babysitting so parents can have a date night, then I am happy to help. In my spare time, I LOVE to read and go to workout! I've recently gotten really in to pilates and yoga and do that in my spare time. I also love reading all kinds of books.
