About Emily

I'd describe my personality as confident, creative, and loyal :) I like working with kids because it gives me a sense of purpose. I love my job and I love who I become when I'm with kids! I feel the most like myself when playing games, building forts, and dancing to music! I started working with kids when I graduated high school. I worked in daycares for two years before landing a nanny position on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I have now been with this family for a year and a half and would sub for the Northwest Allen County Schools district on my off days. In my spare time, I like to paint and journal! I find arts and crafts very therapeutic and fun! I also enjoy spending my nights reading in my women's Bible study or helping out with the youth group at my home church.
