Hello! My name is Emily. I am currently a senior in college. My double major is English and Education, and my minor is Spanish. I have lots of past experience tutoring both in language arts and Spanish. I currently work as an America Reads tutor at a local elementary school. However, I am more specialized in teaching English or Spanish to students in middle school and high school. I love teaching, and my philosophy is to teach to the whole student (mind, body, and soul). Upholding the human dignity of all of my students as well as fostering self-confidence and a love of learning within my students are top priorities of mine.
