I truly enjoy taking children outside and to activities around the city-taking advantage of the variety of places to play/explore is important to me and I don't mind a long walk. I also enjoy reading, singing, assisting with crafts, and facilitating/participating in imaginative play. I am very engaged and feel confident in my ability to both provide a safe and comfortable experience for both children and their families. I prioritize transparency. Emily is absolutely amazing! She is a true gem! We were incredibly fortunate to have her! She has taken care of our girls for the past 2.5 years. She was ALWAYS dependable and punctual. My girls love her dearly. What makes Emily stand out is her creativity. For 8 weeks during the summer she had a weekly curriculum. From "kids around the world" to "bugs" to "science" to "the Olympics", she kept the kids busy with crafts, books, and games. I kept telling her she should become a teacher. I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a nanny who takes her job seriously, is reliable, and is so loving!
