We hired Emily as a caregiver for our 7 year old daughter with special needs. Our daughter does have ADHD and can be a challenge with new caregivers initially. Emily had good intentions, but was a bit overwhelmed with the care. We did not seem to agree on discipline and essentially that caused us to seek other caregivers. She is a very sweet girl with excellent availability, but maybe better suited for children that don't have significant needs.
