About Emily

Hello, my name is Emily and I am 22 years old with 4 years of experience in childcare. In my most recent employment I was as a behavioral therapist for children with autism and worked to help improve their social, learning, and communication skills through positive reinforcement techniques. I have worked with children between the ages of 2-14. I am First Aid and CPR certified, and have my own transportation. I have worked in two different school districts as an after school instructor where I tutored children ages 6-10 and helped them with their homework. I also worked as a camp counselor for the City of Euless for two summers where I helped with social enrichment skills and peer to peer interaction. I graduated last spring from the University of North Texas and am currently pursuing my Master's degree at the University of Texas at Arlington for Psychology.
