About Emily

Hello, I'm Emily! After teaching for the past 2. 5 years in a public and homeschool setting, I am looking to expand my business as an after-school tutor, which means I will have availability during the day. I am hoping to find a nanny or homeschool position during the morning and early afternoon. I love working in a one-on-one setting, and developing personalized lesson plans for my students. I have passed all of the State of Florida Teachers Certification Exams (FTCE) for Pre-K - 3rd grade. I have teaching and tutoring experience in grades Pre-K - 7th grade. I am an enthusiastic, dedicated, creative, and compassionate teacher who leads my tutoring sessions with all of my students with joy, equity, patience, and passion for their unique needs. As a nanny, I have worked with families with children as infants up to 12 years old. I am confident that I will exceed your expectations as a tutor, homeschool teacher, or nanny, and would love to discuss how I can be of assistance.
